2018 Hall of Fame Winner 

Gary Waters started the GTDRA Foundation with the very first donation. He opened Dependable Tire in Lithia Springs when he was only 20 years old. He later went to work for Yokohama Tire as a Southeast Regional Representative selling tubes. That led to the founding of Parrish Tire. After managing the company for 30 years, he retired in 2015. Gary loves to fish and strongly believes in education.
